Restriction digests of the clone give the following sizes (kb): BamHI--uncut; EcoRI--6.3; HindIII--6.3; PstI--4.3, 2.0; ClaI--6.3. Codominant segregation of the TaqI RFLP demonstrated in 50 3-generation families. RFLPs observed under normal conditions of hybridization and washing. Enzyme(s) not detecting polymorphism: BamHI, BglII, EcoRI, HindIII, MspI, PstI, PvuII, RsaI. |
