Insert contains AatII (67), ScaI (225), TaqI (422), SmaI (692), XbaI (1053), HincII (1206), and KpnI (1296) sites (with numbering system beginning with first amino acid in mature form of subunit). Comparison with genomic sequence demonstrates that this is not a full-length cDNA clone and has rearrangements in the 5' region. |
