Restriction digests of the clone give the following sizes (kb): BamHI--4.4, 2.45 (same as deposited DNA); EcoRI--4.9, 1.9; HindIII--4.3, 2.15, + ; PstI--4.9, 1.9; ClaI--6.8. Codominant segregation has been observed in 50 3-generation families. RFLPs have been observed under normal hybridization and wash conditions.
