Reported to contain EcoRI/HindIII fragments of the following sizes (kb), ordered as in the genome: 2.206, 0.954, 0.775, 0.695, 9.529, 3.030, 0.438, 2.409, 1.296, 0.917, 1.491, 0.776, 0.593, 7.690, 1.262, 1.339, 0.729. IMPORTANT: To prevent amplification of a rearranged and/or deleted cosmid, we recommend streaking on LB + amp plates at 30C and picking small colonies for liquid culture.
