The insert contains the following restriction sites (nt position according to the published sequence): KpnI--65, 1862; BglII--630, HindIII--1734. Contains nt 1-3395 of the published sequence, including a 5' leader, ORF1 (nt 769-1889), the inter-ORF region, and the 5' end of ORF2 (nt 1929-5781). At the 5' end, this sequence falls short of being a complete copy of the cDNA by 32 bp. |
