One of several S. cerevisiae shuttle expression vectors (ATCC 87078-87092) differing in selection marker, reading frame and orientation of the promoter. Vectors YCpIF10, YCpIF11 and YCpIF12 (ATCC 87087-87089) differ only in the reading frame of the multiple cloning site. |
